EVENT STAFF

The Event Staff members are the force behind every event at Graze. They are responsible for ensuring that a client’s event runs smoothly and receives excellent service the day of the event.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Event Lead and work with Kitchen Staff to fulfill all necessary duties for an event.

  • Before an event, Event Staff are responsible for helping pack vehicles and completing the packing checklist with the guidance of the event lead.

  • At the event, Event Staff are responsible for helping set up buffet tables, plating food, serving food, serving/refilling drinks, bus tables, cleaning up and packing up the Graze van, all with the guidance of the Event Lead. 

  • After the event, Event Staff are responsible for cleaning dishes and returning supplies to their appropriate locations, all with the guidance of the Event Lead. Any other maintenance work by Event Staff must be done before closing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 

  • Previous experience working in Events or Hospitality preferred. 

  • Must be able to work weekends. 

  • Reliable transportation required. 

  • Skills needed: Professional written/verbal communication skills, effective task management, general technology skills, detailed orientated task initiative, teamwork mindset
