  • WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?
    We cater events both large and small: wedding receptions, graduation parties, corporate events and private parties. Our Food Truck, Grazie, is also a huge hit at private events or weddings. Check out our VISIT page for more information!
  • HOW DO I GET STARTED?
    If you are interested in having us cater your event, stop by our CONTACT page to get started! Fill out the contact form, or send us an email direclty with your name, event date, and venue details so we can see if the date is available. Once we have confirmed your date, the next step will be to secure it with a deposit. For more information, please contact our team. We can't wait to hear from you!
  • DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?
    We offer Open House tasting events periodically throughout the year. These social events are the perfect opportunity for you to meet other clients and experience the quality of our food and service before the big day. Our open house events are reserved for clients of large events only, and clients are only invited to attend one open house per their event. Our Open House events are reserved quickly! Check our website under "VISIT" or email us at TasteOfGraze@gmail.com for our next scheduled date. You are welcome to secure your date with us prior to attending a tasting if you feel comfortable with your decision to have Graze cater your event. HOW MANY GUEST CAN COME? Groups cannot exceed 4 people. IS THERE A COST FOR TASTINGS? Tastings are $25 per person. If you book with Graze, a $50 credit will be applied to your final invoice once a contract is signed. WHAT CAN WE EXPECT AT THE TASTING? Each Open House will feature some of our most popular menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and sides, for you to get a taste of our culinary quality. Additionally, we will provide specialty drinks and a limited selection from our dessert menu. While you're visiting, you'll be able to ask quetions and see other options to further customize your event experience. I LIVE OUT OF STATE AND CAN'T ATTEND THE OPEN HOUSE... WHAT SHOULD I DO? We do still offer limited private tastings for clients who live out of state or have other extenuating circumstances. Be sure to email us at tasteofgraze@gmail.com to ask our Operations Staff about scheduling a private tasting.
  • HOW CAN I PAY MY DEPOSIT OR BALANCE?
    Deposits or balances can be paid by check or credit card. Credit card payments require an additional 2.9% processing fee.
  • CAN I PERSONALIZE MY MENU?
    Absolutely! We welcome any opportunity to make your event reflect your personality and style. Let us know what you have in mind and we would love to work with you to make your event perfect.
  • DO YOU OFFER BAR SERVICES?
    Yes, we do. We offer different beverage packages depending on your needs. Please visit our DRINKS page for more information, or contact us for details.
  • IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?
    We do not include gratuity in our prices. We stand behind industry service gratuity guidelines which recommend full service caterers receive a tip of 10-20% of the total food bill, pre tax, upon completion of services.
  • DO I SIGN A CONTRACT?
    Yes, we do have a contract that is required in order to secure your date with Graze.
  • WHAT ABOUT CAKE CUTTING SERVICES?
    We do offer cake-cutting services for an additional fee.
  • DO YOU CHARGE A SERVICE FEE?
    Any service fee will vary depending on your venue and level of service desired. The fee covers all equipment, transportation, set-up, and break-down of the event, professional staff, serving equipment, liability insurance, and office coordination for your event throughout the process. The service fee does NOT include taxes or gratuity. Any specialty items or service may require an additional fee. Venues that are further away may require an additional fee. However, most venues within the St. Louis Metropolitan area do not require an additional cost.
