KITCHEN STAFF
The Kitchen Staff is responsible for sending out quality food for every event. Kitchen Staff work closely with the Kitchen Manager and Event Lead to prep and cook food, as well as maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment. High expectations are upheld in the kitchen to ensure that the food, service, and work environment of Graze Catering is of the highest quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist the Kitchen Manager, Event Lead, and/or Event Staff to manage, prepare, cook, and deliver quality food for each event.

Maintain overall cleanliness of all kitchen and food prep areas. This includes general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, washing dishes, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

ServSafe certification is a plus.

Must be available on weekends.

Reliable transportation required.

Needed skills: Professional written/verbal communication skills, task management, general technology skills, detailed orientated, teamwork mindset, food handling and safety knowledge
